About Us
Over his 20-year career, Andy has gained a wealth of commercial property experience working at various private practice firms and in-house at a major multi-national retailer.
Andy has experience as head of both Lease Advisory and Agency departments in national commercial property firms and has dealt with countless rent reviews, lease renewals and agency deals throughout his career.
Andy has dealt with the preparation of numerous Third Party reports and has appeared in court as an Expert Witness. He has also overseen acquisition programs for various multiple retailers, as well as having acquired several shops whilst working in-house at Monsoon Accessorize.
